BLT Salad with Greek Yoghurt Dressing

Ingredients
Dressing
3 tbsp S&W mayo
3 tbsp greek yoghurt
1/3 cup white vinegar
Salad
3 baby cos lettuce, deleafed
4 sprigs of basil, leaves picked
400g shredded bacon
200g cherry tomatoes. halved
80g parmesan cheese, grated
Steps
Combine dressing ingredients in small bowl, refrigerate.
Cook bacon in frying pan on medium heat until crunchy.
Combine salad ingredients in large bowl.
Top salad with bacon and parmesan cheese when serving.
Finish salad with creamy dressing.
