Caper & Dill Seafood Sauce

Ingredients

1 cup of S&W mayo

1/3 cup gerkin relish

2 tbsp caper brine juice

1 tbsp capers

1 tsp tabasco sauce

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp pepper

3 sprigs of dill, chopped

Steps

  1. Chop dill sprigs finely.

  2. Mix all ingredients together in medium bowl.

  3. Refrigerate for 1 hour.

*Servings suggestion - 1-2kg of cooked prawns and lemon wedges
