Chickpea, Avo & Feta Wrap

Ingredients

1 packet of Avofresh

50g rocket

1 large wrap

125g chickpeas

50g danish feta, crumbled

1 sprig of mint, leaves picked

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp gara masala

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tbsp olive oil

Salt

Pepper

Steps

  1. On medium heat combine chickpeas, feta, paprika, gara masala, and olive oil. Cook 5 mins.

  2. Allow chickpeas to slightly cool and mix in lemon juice.

  3. Spread Avofresh on wrap followed by chickpeas, feta, rocket and mint.

  4. Close on end of the wrap and roll together to serve.
