Crying Tiger Salad

Ingredients

1 tbsp olive oil

Protein/Marinade:

600g beef steak 

2 garlic cloves, finely chopped

2 tbsp oyster sauce 

3 tsp soy sauce


Salad:

1 cup of mint 

1 cup of thai basil 

1 cup of coriander 

3 sprigs of spring onion 

1 red chilli, chopped

1 tsp sesame seeds


Dressing:

1 limes, juiced 

½ red onion, finely chopped

2 tbsp Trident extra hot sriracha hot sauce 

1 tbsp Trident sweet chili sauce

1 tsp fish sauce 

1 red chili, finely chopped

Steps

  1. Combine marinade ingredients and cover protein, chill for 1-2 hours.

  2. .Mix dressing ingredients and chill for 1 hour.

  3. Pick herbs leaves for salad and slice spring onion, place salad ingredients on a serving platter.

  4. Add olive oil to fry pan and cook marinated steak as desired.

  5. Remove steak from pan and rest for 5 mins.

  6. Slice steak and place of serving platter with salad and hot sauce dressing.
