Dan Dan Noodles

Ingredients

Wokka thin egg noodles

Topping

500g pork mince

1 bunch of choy-sum

2 tbsp hoisin sauce

1 tbsp vegetable oil

1 cup vegetable stock

Salt

Pepper

Sauce

1 tsp sichuan pepper

2 tbsp gochujang

1 tbsp chinese sesame oil

2 tbsp soy sauce

2 tbsp sugar

4 garlic cloves, chopped

1 tbsp mirin

1 tbsp chilli oil

1 tbsp sesame oil

Salt

Pepper

Garnish

2 sprigs green onion, chopped

1/2 cup peanuts, chopped

Steps

  1. In a medium pot boil Wokka thing egg noodles for 4 mins. Drain and set aside.

  2. In a medium fry pan combine topping ingredients and cook until pork it golden.

  3. Combine sauce ingredients in medium bowl and seaside.

  4. Chop spring onion and peanuts for garnish.

  5. Mix in Wokka thin egg noodles with Dan Dan sauce.

  6. Serve Dan Dan noodles with spring onion and peanuts.
