Easy Seafood Noodle Soup

Ingredients

Wokka Singapore style noodles

500ml vegetable stock

1 tbsp garlic, diced

1 tbsp ginger, diced

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp sesame oil

1 tsp white pepper

2 cho y sum, chopped

300g cooked prawns, peeled

1/2 white onion, thinly sliced

2 spring onion sprigs, chopped

Steps

  1. Bring veg stock to boil in small pot.

  2. Add garlic, ginger, white pepper, salt, soy sauce and sesame oil.

  3. Turn down heat add Wokka Singapore style noodles in pot, cook 3 mins.

  4. Add prawns to stock and cook until heated through.

  5. Blanch choy sum in stock for 30 seconds!

  6. Serve noodle dish with white onion and spring onion on top.
