Hot & Spicy Coconut Veg Noodles

Ingredients

1 packet of Trident hot & spicy noodles

1/2 cup carrot, half moons

1/2 cup beans, halved

1/2 cup capsicum, strips

1/3 cup coconut cream

1 sprig of coriander, leaves picked

Chili oil

Lime wedge

Salt

Pepper


Steps

  1. Bring water to boil in small pot.

  2. Add Trident hot & spicy noodles, carrot, beans, capsicum. Cook for 3 mins.

  3. Mix in Trident hot & spicy noodle flavouring, salt and pepper.

  4. Pour coconut cream into soup and cook for 3 mins.

  5. Serve with chilli oil, lime wedge and coriander.
