Mushroom Hoisin Stir-fry

Ingredients

1 packet Wokka udon noodles

50g butter

200g brown mushroom

200g shiitake mushroom

1 tbsp rice wine vinegar

1 tbsp tamari

1/2 cup hoisin sauce

1/2 cup oyster sauce

sesame oil

sesame seeds

salt

Steps

  1. Bring wok to high heat add butter, mushrooms and pinch of salt. Cook for 2 mins.

  2. Add Wokka udon noodles, rice wine vinegar, tamari, hoisin and oyster sauce.

  3. Loosen noodles and cover with wok lid, cook for 5 mins.

  4. Remove lid and mix stir-ry, season with sesame oil and sesame seeds.
