Steamed Harissa Barramundi & Beans

Ingredients

2 fillets of Aussie barramundi
250g cannellini beans
4 sprigs of parsley chopped
50g butter, cubed
200g diced tomatoes can
2 tsp harissa paste
Salt
Pepper

Steps

1. Preheat the oven to 180c.
Line the baking tray with aluminum foil then baking paper on top.
2. In the center of the baking paper place barramundi, beans then top with tomatoes, harissa paste, parsley and butter.
3. Season with salt, pepper then fold aluminum and baking paper to create a wrapped parcel around the barramundi.
4. Oven steam for 25 mins and open carefully to serve.
