Baked Salmon & Zucchini Pesto Pasta

Ingredients
3 tbsp S&W mayo
200g pesto
500g pasta, cooked
400g salmon, flaked
1 zucchini, sliced
1 punnet of cherry tomatoes, halved
1 handful parmesan, shredded
olive oil
salt
pepper
Steps
Season salmon and zucchini with salt, pepper and olive oil, bake at 180c for 25 mins.
Cooking 500g of pasta in salted boiling water for 8-12 mins. Drain and lightly coat in olive oil.
Flake salmon in bite sized pieces.
Mix S&W mayo, pesto and cherry tomatoes with pasta.
Add salmon and zucchini on top then finish off with parmesan cheese. Serve hot or cold.
