Chicken Water Chestnut Stir-fry

Ingredients

1 packet Wokka hokkien noodles
4 garlic cloves, sliced

2 spring onion sprigs, sliced

500g chicken, sliced

1/2 cup hoisin sauce

1/2 cup oyster sauce

2 tbsp rice wine vinegar

1 tbsp honey

255g water chestnut, sliced

1 handful coriander

salt

pepper

vegetable oil

Steps

  1. Bring wok to high heat, add vegetable oil.

  2. Add garlic, spring onion cook for 1 min.

  3. Add chicken and season with salt, cook for 3 min.

  4. Mix hoisin and oyster sauce with rice wine vinegar, honey. Add to wok.

  5. Add Wokka thin hokkien noodles, water chestnut and coriander.

  6. Stir-fry for 5 mins and serve hot.
