Sweet Chilli Chicken Stir-fry

Ingredients

1/2 cup Trident sweet chilli sauce

3 garlic cloves, diced

1/2 lime, juice

400g chicken breast

1/2 red onion, sliced

2 cups broccoli

1 carrot, half moons

250g baby corn, 2-3cm cut

1 red capsicum, sliced

salt

pepper

sesame oil

Steps

  1. Add sesame oil, garlic, Trident sweet chilli sauce and lime juice to hot wok.

  2. Cook chicken tenderloins in sauce until golden, then remove.

  3. Stir-fry red onion, broccoli, carrot, baby corn and capsicum in wok for 3-5 mins.

  4. Serve chicken on top of stir-fry and garnish with mint.
