Yaki Udon

Ingredients

1 packet Wokka Udon Noodles

2 tbsp oyster sauce

2tbsp dark soy sauce

1 tbsp mirin

1 tbsp sriracha

1 tbsp honey

3 pak choy, cut 5-7 cm

350 brown mushrooms, sliced

2 garlic, sliced

1 spring onion sprig, sliced

sesame seeds

salt

pepper

vegetable oil

Steps

  1. Boil Wokka udon noodles in pot for 5 mins then strain.

  2. Mix oyster sauce, dark soy sauce, sriracha, mirin and honey to create sauce.

  3. Cook garlic and spring onion in pan with vegetable oil for 3 mins on medium heat.

  4. Add pak choy, mushroom and sauce, cook 5 mins.

  5. Add Wooka udon noodles and cook for 5 mins.

  6. Serve with sesame seeds on top.
