Hot Honey Burrata & Toasted Sweet Chilli Baguette (Copy)

Ingredients


Crostini:

1 baguette, sliced 

½ cup Trident sweet chili sauce

2 tsp white sesame seeds 


Salad:

1 large burrata 

2 heirloom tomatoes, sliced 

3 peaches, quartered 

½  cup of basil or thai basil leaves 


Dressing:

⅓ cup Trident extra hot sriracha hot sauce

¼ cup of honey 

1 tbsp rice vinegar


Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 180c. Coat sliced baguette in sweet chili sauce and sesame seeds, bake for 15 mins until golden.

  2. Arrange salad ingredients on plate, top with basil.

  3. Combine dressing ingredients and drizzle over salad, serve with crostini on the side.
