Sriracha Watermelon Salad

Ingredients

1/4 cup Trident sriracha sauce

500g watermelon, cubed

3 sprigs of mint, leaves picked

100g peanuts, chopped

1 tbsp honey

1 tbsp rice wine vinegar

2 tbsp lime juice

2 garlic cloves, chopped

Steps

  1. Combine Trident sriracha sauce, honey, rice wine vinegar, lime juice and garlic in small bowl.

  2. Chop watermelon, peanuts and pick mint leaves.

  3. Serve watermelon cold with sriracha dressing. Garnish with peanuts and mint.
